We go above and beyond the level of the normal Private Hire firms. Many of them seem to be in a race to the bottom, not only in price but in terms of everything that we aim to be better at:

  • Punctuality and Reliability (we aim for early. there are always various cases where real world issues happen, but they are minimal with adequate planning and proper management),
  • We are transparent and we have planned your journey at every stage so you know what your getting,
  • You can build your own package with our extras. We do it this way so your not paying for what you don’t want, but you have the option to add much more to your experience with us,

You can always tell the firms that have little extra to offer when they include fluff such as “Drivers are all DBS checked”, “Safe transportation”, “Licensed drivers”, or “insert non-relevant buzzword here” – as if any of this is an option/benefit at all…

You can tell your not getting much more when the core minimums, required by law, are used as a selling point, and the rest mean nothing in practice. To be clear, all of the legal minimums apply to our drivers as well, but that is assumed by the fact we are operating legally and in full compliance to the requirements.

Important Notes, Please Heed The Following

We do not run a 24/7 booking office. We are appointment only. If you require immediate transit, please book directly with a local private hire firm, though the quality of your travel will likely be lower.

All fares are expected in full before travel. For advanced bookings, you will receive a payment link to pay online via our provider’s secure system. For in-car payments, we have the newest model of card payment terminals. Our pricing structures can be found here.

Booking Deposit is generally 50% of the standard fare. Please see our deposit policy for more details.

The majority of our drivers are practicing Muslims, and as such, on certain journeys at certain times, a small break may be required to allow them to fulfil their prayer obligations. If this is an issue for you, then please feel free to go with another firm, as we respect and encourage our drivers to fulfil their religious commitments, and will not impose or accept restrictions on such matters. Full details are available here.

Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles, however you may request a stop on the trip. A better alternative is quitting all together via NHS Stop Smoking Services.

Modern, Eco-Friendly, Spacious And Comfy Vehicles

We operate exclusively Skoda’s, as experience has shown us how reliable Skoda’s can be, and as part of the VW family, even more so these days – They are not BMWs or Mercedes, in our view they are better in reliability and practicality.

Our Flagship car, and the one you are most likely to be booked for if you are heading out of the city, is a ’22 Superb Estate (and a very well driven, comfy ride).

There is a chance you will receive a different vehicle if there is an issue with your booked one, at the very least a decent vehicle from one of the local operators we work with. We will inform you when you make your booking which vehicle is planned, and if this has to change for whatever reason we will again inform you at the earliest convenience.

Complementary Bottle Of Water And Device Charging As Standard

Refreshments will be provided in the form of a water bottle for each passenger, free of charge. Also included are some tissues, and access to a charger for your phone and/or tablet.

In addition, Face masks are also stored in all of our vehicles. While the government mandate has long since ended for their use, if you wish to be provided with one, either mention it in your booking e-mail, or ask your driver directly, and they will be provided free of charge. We do all we can to ensure our customers feel safe in our care.

We have an ample supply of charge cables in each of our vehicles – 4 USB-C and 4 Lightning. if you need more than this, please let us know via this Extra during booking.

Food Policy

You may eat/drink your own non-messy and non-smelly foods/beverages in our vehicles. There are a few exceptions. All our vehicles have drink holders of some description for your regular sized beverages (provided you are not sitting in the middle seat).

We keep our vehicles clean, especially the passenger compartment. If you do spill something, please let us know so we can deal with it before it comes harder to clean. Our vehicles are treated with spill protection coatings on all internal surfaces, these reduce the chance of damage. If there is no lasting stain or damage, there will be no charge for accidents. However, if damage or lasting stains occur, a charge may apply to cover returning the vehicle to the state it was in previously.
