Any discount codes we provide for public (Public Codes) use are non-unique. Discount codes provided to you directly (Private Codes) are single use.

All Public Codes are 1 use per customer, but they can be shared with friends and family for them to receive the discount too. Private Codes can also be shared and are not directly linked to your account (unless otherwise stated), however they are single use and can not be redeemed more than once.

Only 1 promotional code can be used per booking. If you have 2 separate codes, please make sure you use the one best suited to your plans – If you have a new customer code and a general discount code, then you should use the new customer code for your first trip as this will not be redeemable on your subsequent trips.

Promotional codes and discounts may be cancelled at any time, by our discretion, with no prior notice or reason given.

As long as the promotional code is input while the code is active, into the booking form or e-mailed to us when requesting a booking, the discount will be honoured.

For any discounts through any means, the final cost will be rounded up to the nearest pound (£), both for ease of administration, and to prevent the need to carry small change in our vehicles in the case of cash payments.

Unless directly stated on the promotional material, promotional code discounts are only for the travel portion of the fare, and not for any extras you have purchased or any other additional costs or charges incurred.
