Below is a non exhaustive list of situations that may cause a cancellation of a booking.Please note that proof must be provided wherever possible to avoid abuse.
Valid reasons: (Higher rate refund or credit)
- Family emergency (e.g., bereavement, serious illness)
- Airline or event cancellation not initiated by you
- Extreme weather or natural events affecting travel
- Relationship breakdown (credit only, no refund)
Invalid reasons: (Lower rate refund or credit – 0% if within 72 hours)
- Changed your mind about travelling
- Poor time management or double-booking
- Passport or document issues
- Children not behaving or refusing to go
- Employer withdrawing holiday approval
- Any legal problems involving any of your passengers, regardless of situation or circumstances
