Below is a non exhaustive list of situations that may cause a cancellation of a booking.Please note that proof must be provided wherever possible to avoid abuse.

Valid reasons: (Higher rate refund or credit)

  • Family emergency (e.g., bereavement, serious illness)
  • Airline or event cancellation not initiated by you
  • Extreme weather or natural events affecting travel
  • Relationship breakdown (credit only, no refund)

Invalid reasons: (Lower rate refund or credit – 0% if within 72 hours) 

  • Changed your mind about travelling
  • Poor time management or double-booking
  • Passport or document issues
  • Children not behaving or refusing to go
  • Employer withdrawing holiday approval
  • Any legal problems involving any of your passengers, regardless of situation or circumstances
