Welcome To Our TL:DR Pre-Booking Policy

Below you will find all of the policies that you must be aware of before accepting a booking from us. Links to the full policy pages are provided, which contain the full details – we have kept this page as concise and direct as possible.

Data Sharing: The following limited information will be passed to the licensed operator for legal compliance: your name, pickup time and location, destination, and contact number. Any information required by licencing, the police, or any other official body, will also be provided.

Cancelation: We do not offer 100% deposit refund (“Cooling Off Periods”). The amount you get back depends on the situation and time remaining before your collection.

Payment: We accept cash and card payments. Fare must be paid in full before the vehicle is to leave the local area. We also offer a discount of 2% for cash and 1% for domestic (UK) card payments. To request this discount (which will be in the form of a partial refund upon payment clearing in the case of card payments once it has cleared, as we can not verify card type before payment in most cases), please request it during booking. It is not automatically applied. Anyone not reading these policies misses out.

Damage/Mess: We charge for any damage or mess left in our vehicles.

Islam: longer journeys, or journeys taking place in the early morning (between dawn and sunrise), you driver will need to stop for a short period to offer their prayer. Any Islamophobic attitudes or comments will not be tolerated.

Customer Conduct: We have rules in place that prohibit bad conduct, all aimed at protecting our customers, our drivers and our vehicles. Our drivers have the right, and our full support, to only work in a respectful and non threatening environment.

Food and Drink: We allow our customers to consume non-smelly food and drink in our vehicles, with the exception of Nuts, Milk, and Alcohol. Any mess or spills should be cleaned immediately to prevent charges.

Children: Must be supervised at all times. Adults are responsible for the actions of the children under their care. There must be at least 1 adult per row in any of our vehicles where children are present. We have a set procedure for feeding babies, available in the main policy page.

Animals: Must be disclosed at time of booking. Only animals that are proper to be transported in the vehicle, will be – all others will be rejected. There are deposits per animal, used to help cover any damage or mess caused. Extra protections should be provided by the customer to mitigate this risk. Assistance animals are exempt from this charge, and for the need to provide protections, however any mess or damage caused by them is still chargeable, and proof must be given of its assistance animal classification.
